The Nats were a great success this year, with good a great
bunch of fliers turning up to give it a go. I think Helis
were one of the best supported groups there this year.
The frequency control with the limited frequencies didn't
pose too much of a problem Particularly with the numbers of
14mz's transmitters that showed up. The Heli events Were run
at the beginning of the Nats and this turned out to be a good
thing as we got The best of the weather.
The other big change was the shifting back of the Heli events
to the Oval, I originally had reservations but these proved
unfounded with the site working very well. No doubt we will
be permanently stationed back there in the future.
